When Alex, our owner, visits your home he'll start by listening to your goals for the lawn—how you use the space, problem areas you want fixed, and the look you’re aiming for. He’ll walk the property with you to inspect turf health, soil conditions, drainage, sunlight patterns, and landscape features that affect maintenance and design. Expect him to point out opportunities and potential issues such as irrigation needs, or grading concerns, and to explain practical options for improvement.

Alex will discuss service frequency and scope—mowing standards, edging, fertilization, aeration, overseeding, pest and weed control, seasonal cleanups, and any enhancements like mulching or plant bed work. He’ll tailor recommendations to your budget and schedule, clarifying what’s included in each service and any follow-up visits required.

By the end of the visit Alex will review the agreed priorities and present a clear, written quote for the recommended services so you know cost, start dates, and next steps.
